Common Law

To know sovereignty and how people handle their controversies with other people, one must know common law and how to use it.

The simplest way to understand Common Law is to understand contract, and the fact that people are not obligated to do anything without an agreed to contract. There are no statutes or positive law in a common law case, unless the statutes pertain to the duty of a government official.

In a common law case, the petitioner establishes the entire case while the judge is strictly an administrator ensuring the people’s rights are protected. In fact a trial isn’t even always necessary if the claim shows that the petitioner gave the respondent multiple chances to remedy the problem. If there is evidence of harm or breach of contract, and the respondent cannot provide justification, the case is usually over.

How you can use Common Law to protect yourself:

  1. Recognize the power of the 4th Amendment. You have a right to be secure in your persons…. means nobody can force your performance without a contract. Whenever you are pressured or forced to perform, or pay, without an agreed to contract, you’re being manipulated through your person and that is a constitutional violation.
  2. Learn how to file a common law claim in admiralty in Federal District court.

The only way to be free and feel that freedom, is to know how to protect yourself in court without a lawyer and with common law.
