Bill of Sale & Agency Agreement

Description

For a Trust to have legitimacy it needs to have property. Some property is granted to the trust when it is created, but once it becomes an organization it can purchase property. To add property to a Trust via purchase a bill of sale is needed. This product includes up to (3) three Bills of Sale(s).

Trust cannot have employees, but they can have agents which means an agency agreement or power of attorney needs to be executed. The product includes (1) Power of Attorney or Power of Attorney template to be used later. Agents can be used as purchase agents and sign for the trust when property is bought or sold.
