Private Security Agreement

Description

A private security agreement is the contract that connects your legal name to the private trust. Since you have used and signed for your legal name your whole life, you can execute the security agreement and give the private trust and equitable and administrative interest in the legal name, which is the only thing the legal system has access to. Should your legal name be brought into a court, the security agreement gives the trust the authority to administrate via contract which is superior to statutory authority.
