The FBI published an article in 2011 identifying the “Sovereign Citizen Movement” as a terrorist organization after 6 police officers were killed between 2000-2011 by people claiming to be ‘Sovereign Citizens”. This article alone has been used by law enforcement officers and courts to intimidate and extort good people from knowing the truth and recognizing their sovereignty, and more specifically, their freedom.  The FBI may claim ‘terrorism’ but convincing the sovereign people to be something else, citizens of a foreign land, is nothing short of treason.


Article of Confederation 1778

Article II. Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.

Article III. The said states hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defence, the security of their Liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of religion, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretence whatever.

Treaty of Paris 1783

SOVEREIGN. A chief ruler with supreme power; one possessing sovereignty. (q. v.) It is also applied to a king or other magistrate with limited powers. In the United States the sovereignty resides in the body of the people.

STATE, government. This word is used in various senses. In its most enlarged sense, it signifies a self-sufficient body of persons united together in one community for the defence of their rights, and to do right and justice to foreigners. In this sense, the state means the whole people united into one body politic; (q. v.) and the state, and the people of the state, are equivalent expressions.

The United States is not us. It is a State with a geographical location along the Potomac River bordering Virginia and Maryland known as Washington DC. It was created by the states of the Articles of Confederation for the sole purpose of international protection, servicing debt and ensuring fair commerce between the free, several, and independent states.  It is its own thing. WE HAVE NO DUTY OR OBLIGATION TO IT. THE PEOPLE ADMINISTRATING IT HAVE A DUTY AND AN OATH TO US. Avoiding that, manipulating the understanding of that, and extorting people for expressing that, is nothing short of TREASON. However it is treason by ignorance, but never the less treason.
